Cream Cheese Cake/Prăjitură cu brânză dulce

Reţeta pe care v-o propun azi e de pe cutia de branză dulce Philadelphia. Este deosebit de bună şi uşor de făcut, motiv pentru care nu am poze de pe parcursul pregătirii. Trebuie doar să aveţi ingredientele la temperatura camerei, în special brânza, pentru că dacă e direct din frigider e mai greu de amestecat. Today I have a recipe I got from the Philadelphia cream cheese box. It is really good and easy to make, therefore I only have one photo while I made it. The only thing to remember is to have all ingredients at room temperature, especially the cheese, otherwise it gets hard to mix.
Ingrediente

200 g brănză dulce Philadelphia

60 g zahăr

2 ouă

150 ml smântână dulce

1 linguriţă suc lămâie

25 g făină

Ingredients

200 g Philadelphia cream cheese

60 g sugar

2 eggs

150 ml heavy cream

1 tsp lemon juice

25 g cake flour

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

Mod de preparare

Se amestecă brânza cu zahărul, se adaugă ouăle, pe rând, apoi smântâna, sucul de lămâie, iar în final făina.

Se coace la cuptorul preîncălzit, 40 minute la 180°C.

How to make

Mix cream cheese with sugar, add eggs, one at a time, then the cream, lemon juice and in the end, the flour.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake for 40 minutes.

  1. I love to see the ingredients listed in Romanian, it reminds me of all the restaurants (and supermarkets) I frequented while in Sibiu.
