Un mic dejun sau o gustare de post foarte sănătoasă, şi o combinaţie excelentă de roşii şi busuioc! Se foloseşte de preferinţă busuioc verde, dar poate fi înlocuit şi cu busuioc uscat. A very healthy vegan snack or breakfast, and a great combination of tomatoes and basil! Of course, fresh basil leaves are best, but if you don’t have any, dried basil is also ok.  

 

Ingrediente

roşii

usturoi

ceapă roşie

busuioc

sare, piper

ulei de măsline

oţet balsamic

pâine

Ingredients

tomatoes

garlic

red onion

basil

salt, pepper

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

bread

Mod de preparare

Se taie roşiile şi usturoiul cubuleţe mici şi se amestecă cu oţet, busuioc, sare, piper, ulei de măsline. Se acoperă şi se lasă 30 minute la frigider.

Se pune peste felii de pâine, se aşează pe o tavă şi se dau la cuptorul preîncălzit 10 min. la 190°C.

How to make

Dice tomatoes and garlic and mix with vinegar, basil, salt, pepper and olive oil. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Spread on bread slices. Place on cooking sheet.

Preheat oven to 190°C. Bake for 10 minutes.
