Dacă tot fac pâine şi aluat de pizza, m-am gândit sa fac şi naan… cu curry indian. Fac din aluat de pâine, exact aceleaşi ingrediente (ca şi la aluatul de pizza de altfel), iar după ce a crescut prima dată aluatul îi fac forme de naan şi îl las la crescut a doua oară (dar se poate sări peste a doua creştere). Apoi le coc într-o tigaie neunsă, câteva minute pe fiecare parte. Am încercat şi pe grătar şi mi-a plăcut chiar mai mult. Merge şi în cuptor, bine-nteles. Since I’m making my own bread and pizza dough, I decided to make naan… to serve with Indian curry. I use the same ingredients as for bread (and pizza too, for that matter), and after the first rising I make naan shapes and let them rise the second time (but you can skip the second rising). I bake them in an ungreased pan, a few minutes on each side. One time I grilled them, and they were very good, and you can also bake them in the oven.
