Liquored Sour Cherry Balls / Bombe cu vişine din vişinată

bombe sectiune

Bombele cu vişine sunt un fel de salam de biscuiţi pentru adulţi… reţetele se aseamănă mult, doar că vişinele fiind cu alcool… nu prea merg pentru copii. These sour cherry balls are a kind of biscuit salami for adults… the recipes are almost the same, but the sour cherries are with alcohol, so… not recommended for kids. (In Romania we make liquored sour cherries, and it is with those cherries that we fill the balls.)
Ingrediente (cam 35 bucăţi)

220 gr biscuiţi simpli

30 gr. unt topit

2 linguri zahăr

2 linguri cacao

180 ml. lapte

4-5 linguri nucă măcinată

Se amestecă toate, se fac bile în care se pune câte o vişină din vişinată. Opţional se pot trece prin zahăr tos sau  nucă de cocos.

Ingredients (about 35 balls)

220 g Marie biscuits

30 g butter (melted)

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp cocoa powder

180 ml milk

4-5 tbsp ground walnuts

Mix all ingredients. Make balls and fill them with sour cherries. Optionally you can dredge them in sanding sugar or shredded coconuts.

    • Hi Sarra.
Thank you for stopping by and for your kind words.
Actually, what we had yesterday for dessert is Biscuit Salami, but the 2 recipes are very similar. I hope your children will like it.
      Take care,
      Raveca
